Any member of the Canadian Forces, any person who was honorably released from the Royal Canadian Navy, or any component thereof; any person who subsequent to February 1st, 1968 has been honorably released from the Canadian Forces; any civilian employed with the Department of National Defense or who has been retired from employment, or is in receipt of an annuity in respect to that employment.

Wives and / or husbands of Regular Members

Any Regular Member, on written application to the Board of Directors, may sponsor a relative by marriage (or otherwise) or a friend even if this person has no military or DND affiliation

A dependent of a Regular or Associate Member who is under the age of 17
